Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Saint Peter

Our 2nd time staying here, this time we rented the top and bottom apartments and had a total of 8 of us + a 4 year old. It was a magical week. The snorkeling, kayaking, etc is so great in this spot. We snorkeled everyday, played for hours on the beach, and just had such a great time. We especially love the "open air" feel of these cottages. The bedrooms have AC (will get plenty cold) but the rest of the house is about feeling the island breeze and feeling like you're truly at a Carribbean cottage. (In other words, if you're looking for something that feels super modern, is all state of the art, and isn't open, this isn't the place for you). But if you're looking to truly enjoy being on the ocean, with temps in the 80's everyday, and would like to take naps in the hammock and hear the wildlife around you, you'll absolutely love this place. Our entire clan has already asked when we could return. Wonderful, wonderful experience.

Great location in Holetown! Spacious apartment, very clean and has everything you need. Walkable distance to a beautiful little beach. Instructions for the check-in were additional via call. So you need internet or ability to call a local phone number - for us not a problem. The call made everything much easier for us to find the place and we had no problems to do the self check-in.

Everything you want for a perfect holiday in the carribean. Calm appartement and litterally everything you need close by - most notably really nice swimming and snorkeling beaches (not overrun). Laverne is an angel, very nice hist! If (or better when) we come back, we'll come here again.

Lavern is a great host and always available if needed. The area is great for walking to get groceries, restaurants and beach club. If you want to walk to the beach, swim in the pool or relax..all available at the beach club. Definitely an added bonus to have this. Its better then the pictures. Also, It's great that there is air conditioning in the bedroom. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is great. Thank-you Lavern for taking the time to show us around, arranging our airport transportation and popping in when we had a problem with sound on the Tv. A new tv arrived the next day! Hubbie got to watch football game. Have a great winter, see you again R and S.

The room is exactly as shown. It's a comfortable, well-equipped space. The area is a very pleasant one, a few walking minutes away from the nearest beaches, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The host sent detailed explanations for the check-in process and his local manager Gabriel was very kind, even stopping by to check if I might need anything once I was settled in. The wifi is fast and reliable, the ac in the bedroom works well. All in all a perfect place to relax.

Jenn's place is incredible! She, her husband and daughters extremely welcoming and kind. It's exactly as described: breezy and spacious 2 bed, 2.5 bath. It's very quiet/safe yet only 6-8 min drive from the west coast beaches and restaurants. Haymans development is very close. Beautiful pool, outdoor grounds and pastures nearby for a nice morning walk to see cows, goats, monkeys, ducks and horses. We will be back!!

We had a wonderful stay (2 weeks) at the Golden View Apartment. Winston is very friendly and helpful. Answered always within very short time and was there to meet us even it was later than announced. Thank you for that!!!! The apartment is wonderful airy, always a breeze, so we didn't use the AC. Space enough for all out stuff. Most important plus: a new large perfect fridge, which is the most importan item in this climate. Breezy balcony with view to the garden. With the help of the blinds we could prevent the apartment from getting hot and sticky. Wonderful and well maintained garden with large pool. Location is perfect, close to all amenities but calm. We fully enjoyed our stay and hope we can return for another one. Thanks again to Winston.

We had a fabulous 8 day stay. The cottage is well equipped and is perfectly placed for shops,beaches,bars and restaurants. There is a short cut to the supermarket which we found priceless when carrying groceries. The sunset crest club was minutes away and has excellent facilities for a day round the pool. We ventured out along the beaches which were beautiful and empty. Shopping centre is close by also. Lizbeth and Patrick very helpful and lovely owners even helped us out with some milk which was hard to come by. Would definitely go again but I’d go for longer next time.

Lex’s place had it all. There is a beautiful beach right outside the back door, it’s walkable to a grocery store, several cafes and bars and the Friday fish fry. We also could grab busses right outside the house to get to Bridgetown for more beaches and restaurants. Walking around felt safe (well lit) but of course be aware of your surroundings and the cars wiz by so be aware of where the sidewalks are. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space. We loved how there were lots of towels and pillows! The only thing to prepare for is that the second bedroom gets traffic noise so maybe bring earplugs if you’re sleeping in that room.

Staying at Anya's Place is a great little home and location to fully enjoy beach time and making quick stops at Jordan's supermarket for fresh salad ingredients and refreshments needed to keep hydrated and energized. There is a local buffet take away (Kylros) which makes the best pie and several other options. Sheri and Leah are always there if you have any queries. Very friendly and always there to help. Wonderful family and really nice neighbourhood.

Wilfrid is a very responsive, helpful, and accessible host. The apartment is clean and in a quiet neighborhood and very close to the minibus route so it is very easy to get to Oistins and Bridgetown. Highly recommend!

Nice place, everything was in order and clean. The house is truly comfortable and spacious. Margarita is a great host.

This is a huge house, comprehensively equipped with a beautiful and well kept garden. The rooftop terrace is a bonus, looking down on the ocean and catching the breeze. All the staff we connected with, in the office ahead of our visit and at the house, were super friendly and helpful Unless you only plan to chill out on the beach or in the garden you’ll want to have a car. There are very few restaurants or other attractions in convenient walking distance. But in 10 to 20 minutes drive you’ll find lots

We really enjoyed our 5-night stay at "GAIA". I was traveling with a colleague to attend the SEforALL Global Forum, which was co-hosted by the Government of Barbados. Rather than staying in one of the rather expensive hotels, we were very grateful to find Natasha's listing available for our dates. The home was well organized and clean, and the decor ensured we had positive vibes during our time in Bridgetown. Located within a short 10-20 minute walk to beaches, restaurants, and shops, we were able to explore the area a bit and still catch the conference shuttles by walking the 15 minutes over to the Hilton. The conference kept us busy during the day, so we weren't able to see as much of the island as we would've liked, but that just means we'll have to come back and visit again sometime, and we'd love to stay at Natasha's place again when we come back!

We're a family of 4, with two boys aged 15 and 18. Both boys said it was one of the best places they'd ever stayed (which we both agreed with). Peter is such a kind and generous person, someone who makes you feel so much better having met him. Made us a welcome meal the evening we arrived and had a great chat with him, such an interesting person, could have talked for hours. Pizza night was brilliant as was the jam night - both communal events where we got to know the other lovely guests. I was even inspired to play some music with Peter and friends which has got me back into playing the guitar regularly again. The only downside was the mozzies as you're mainly outside or with open windows. There's no aircon, but the breeze and fans cool you. Not for those who don't like dogs, wildlife and communal stuff. Strumming a guitar loaned from Peter on the deck of the Cottage each day is something I'll never forget. We'll definitely be back. Thankyou Peter.

Rawle was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Even offered to take us food shopping, a lovely gesture. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be back!

Fabulous view from the balcony! Two minutes to get to the beach. Walking distance to stores, bars and restaurants or hop the ZR for a cheap ride. Clean place, not fancy but had everything we needed. Yes, there is some street noise. The Tiki Bar closes at 10pm so it didn’t bother us at night. We actually yelled down our takeout order a couple of times, staff there were very friendly. They had this one employee who came in at about 7am every morning and liked to sing or talk to himself self loudly before starting up the leaf blower. If you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs. We aren’t light sleepers and I was usually awake anyway. That said we would have booked this place again for next year if it was available. The location is perfect. The view is fabulous. Thanks for a great stay!!!

First off, the location is great because it’s near fabulous secluded beaches. There are cheap restaurants around where locals go (Golden Anchor, Wendy’s Sports Bars), the fish store in Payne’s bay, Jordan’s supermarket within 15 min walk. The kitchen is super functional. The apartment has screened windows in the entrance veranda room so you can always leave those windows open without worrying about mosquito or birds coming in. Anna has 2 beach chairs too. The only thing we wish we had known was that the bed in the coral bedroom is a double bed and not a king. The king might refer to the sofa bed which is actually not comfortable to sleep in at all so the double bed was way too small for my 6 foot tall husband and I.

I stayed at Shona’s property for two weeks. The property was just as described—comfortable and very well located. The gated community is safe and pleasant. Shona was very responsive, always quick to reply to messages and ready to help with any issues that came up. I truly appreciated her reliability and hospitality.

Paul's place is incredible. RUN don't walk to that confirm reservation button. The view is breathtakingly beautiful, the pictures do not do it enough justice. Waking up to the view and sound of the ocean just a couple of feet from the patio was amazing. Saw several turtles swimming everyday. The amenities were great, clean and organized. Very spacious and secured. Paul is very responsive, kind and helpful. There are a lot of restaurants, shops and beaches in walking distance. A short bus ride or taxi to other popular areas in either direction. I stayed 6 days and did not want to leave. I will be staying here again when I'm back. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Very friendly hosts and made me feel right at home! Perfect for a simple, walkable and homely stay in a local neighbourhood. Can feel warm at night with fans instead of air con but they did the job. I showed up without remembering to contact earlier that day and still found my way in quickly and easily.

I lived in Barbados as a teenager but when I visit I usually stay on the East Coast . I was a bit nervous about the South as I felt I did not know the area and I had two young women with me. It felt 100% safe to stay in Guy's home, a peaceful area with the added benefit of being in an apartment with Guy living upstairs. He was friendly and helpful but never intrusive.I reached out to him a couple of times and he was super responsive. When checking in he showed us around and I could tell he really cared for his home and garden. The kitchen was very well equMy daughter and I had to leave on a much earlier flight which left her young friend who had not traveled much internationally on her own. She was nervous and thought she would go to the airport with us, meaning she would have spent 8 hours at the airport before boarding. But Guy was very sweet and personally arranged for her to get to the airport safely, so she could spend the morning relaxing instead. We were all 3 happy to be there.
