The house has been recetly furnished and is fully equipped. Two large rooms with open plan kitchen, bedroom with double bed king size, sofa, desk. Private bathroom with walking walk-in shower. Entire house, adjoining mine where I live alone with a child, on a fenced and wooded plot of 6000 m2 crossed by a stream. Quietly located in the countryside and a 10-minute walk to the city center of Brionne (all shops and market twice a week) and the train station. Great walks, GR, forests are accessible on foot, and greenways for bicycles nearby (possibility of making bicycles available). Fresh eggs and vegetables from the garden are regularly available.
