Enjoy the sunset with a view over the local pond which can also be used for fishing (Permit included).

Ideal for a romantic stay, it can also be the starting point for sports holidays (hiking, mountain biking).

Chic and cosy old house in the heart of the historic centre of Savigny-lès-Beaune right in front of the church of the 13th century . The two bedrooms with private bathroom and toilet are separated by a floor. The room on the ground floor (equipped kitchen/living room) has a fireplace and parquet flooring. I wanted it to be warm and comfortable so that my guests could spend relaxing and rejuvenating moments there. To create a true wellness experience, a spa is available on the terrace as well as a home cinema in the living room. I also offer breakfast as well as appetizer boards and a selection of local drinks and wines.

Welcome to our 120 m² CHARMING COTTAGE with panoramic views of the Hautes Côtes de Nuits vineyards and a 2000 m² garden. It dates from the 19th century and was completely renovated in 2015. Outbuildings will allow you to store your bikes safely and securely. This cottage has been awarded the "Vignobles & Découvertes" label. It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.
