Come and take a break in this peaceful little hamlet, located halfway between the villages of Ris and Chateldon… Set in the heart of the Auvergne countryside (at the foot of the Monts Bourbonnais and the Bois Noirs), in a verdant setting, for a return to nature and a reconnection with oneself. Enjoy a variety of nearby walking trails and exceptional tourist attractions (Puy-de-Dôme and the Auvergne volcanic chain, Vichy, the ‘Queen of Spa Towns’, charming little villages such as Châteldon or Charroux, etc.).

Charming cottage in stone, wood and tiles, located in the countryside at an altitude of 700 m and easy to reach from the A89. Breathtaking views of the countryside and the Forez Mountains… Gite located on a 1 hectare plot, surrounded by animals: cows, donkeys, sheep, goats. "Gite des Contes Amérindiens" with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a 50 m2 living room, a beautiful wooden terrace and a large garden. (max. 8 pers) heated and secure pool. (May to October approximately, depending on the weather)

Need to go green? Come and recharge your batteries away from noise, lights and pollution in this 1812 retreat where greenery, old stones, old wood await you, but with all modern comforts. Wifi permanently cut off (except in emergencies) for less frequent disturbances, no TV but video projectors for movie buffs. Large kitchen, living room and shared bathroom. Rentable by the room (3 bedrooms and 3 different prices) or as a self-catering cottage (I live in another building).

The mill and its dwelling house are located on a 3000 m² enclosed plot on the edge of a secure headrace. The mill is stopped, replaced by hydroelectric and solar production activity. A true haven of peace in the middle of nature without any neighbors, 10 minutes from Roanne, the large enclosed property allows you to fully enjoy the nature and calm that reigns in this place. This home is ideal for families or groups of friends, or simply to recharge your batteries.
