This old farmhouse, dating from the 1700s, with its 2 hectares of secluded land, was exactly what I wanted in order to reconnect with nature, garden and entertain my friends. All while remaining close to the charming villages of Puisaye and just two hours from Paris. No fuss, no extravagant decorations – it's perfect for sharing with friends over a long weekend, whether in summer for sunbathing or enjoying the 6-person inflatable hot tub, or in winter by the fireside. My friends love it; it's waiting for you.

Within a rehabilitated former farmhouse, ideally located between Guédelon and Saint-Fargeau, very close to Lac du Bourdon, this peaceful accommodation will offer you a relaxing setting for the whole family. The place has a wide wooded exterior that will let you stretch your legs. A small pond at the back of the property completes the picture. The property comprises an entrance hall with a cupboard, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room, and a large living room divided into two sections.

With an area of 150 m², the house offers 5 single bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 extra beds on the landing. Its large fireplace allows you to spend winter evenings by the fire. Ideally located, you can quickly go and taste the wines of the Loire, visit the castles of St Fargeau & Guédelon, the vineyards of Sancerre, the Briare canal...

Need a break for two? Head to Burgundy, 1.5 hours from Paris. Our cabin with private spa will allow you to recharge your batteries in the countryside. A few kilometers from Toucy and its market but also not far from Auxerre, the medieval site of Guedelon or the Château de St-Fargeau, it is the perfect place to disconnect for a weekend or more. Check-in from 4 p.m. Romantic decoration on request in return for a free donation to our association.

Charming and spacious house in the heart of the village of Saint-Fargeau, close to the castle and the Sainte-Anne chapel and close to Lake Bourdon, Guédelon and other historic Burgundian villages. Renovated and equipped, you can enjoy its living spaces with foosball, a desk area, a fully equipped kitchen and an exterior composed of a courtyard and a terrace-solarium. Upstairs, you have 2 beautiful bedrooms, a large bathroom and separate toilet.

The Château Gaillard cottage - Charm and comfort

Just a few steps from the ruins of Château-Gaillard, this historic 180 m² townhouse offers a warm and peaceful setting, blending old-world charm with modern comfort: a monumental fireplace, Louis XIII staircase, dressed stone, lime plaster, terracotta tiles and a remarkable timber frame. Dating from 1550 and part of Châtillon-sur-Loire’s architectural heritage, it has been fully renovated for a relaxing stay in the Loire Valley.

Beautiful fully renovated apartment located in the center of the village, on the first floor of a townhouse, ideal for a pied-à-terre in Puisaye, to visit the surroundings, visit your loved ones, or a stopover on your way… Champignelles is a quiet village but you will find many small shops (bakery, bar-tobacconist, pharmacy, supermarket, grocery store, hairdresser, pizzeria….). Most of these shops are within walking distance.
