In its green setting, the cottage offers a peaceful haven in the countryside. The house is independent in an equestrian property. We are at the end of the road, after that it is the countryside. It allows you to recharge your batteries away from the traffic. The house optimises space and the staircase is a little steep. Unfortunately, it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Nestled in the very heart of the Piton de Sancerre, this cottage will allow you to discover or rediscover the Sancerrois. This charming little house can accommodate up to 2 people and has all the necessary comforts. Cooked equipped with oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle. Upstairs the bedroom has a double bed 140x200 with bed linen provided. Shower room with WC and towels provided.

You will have a bedroom with TV, a bathroom with shower, toilet and a dining area (kitchenette) with microwave, mini oven, kettle, Senseo coffee machine, fridge and freezer. (No stovetop). On a private property of more than 3 ha, including our house and a small stable, the 35 m2 cottage is directly on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a shower room, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a mezzanine with two 90 beds. You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.
