A lovely bright house right next to Notre Échelle 1. With a swimming pool in the garden with a large sun terrace. In 2024, it was converted into a vacation home where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. La SDB ( douche, lavabo, WC) est située dans un bâtiment à proximité des tonneaux. Des bains de soleil et salon de jardin permettent de profiter du jardin. Les infrastructures du gite d'étape peuvent être utilisées. Le petit déjeuner est proposé à 11 € / pers et est réservable en arrivant.
