Our new renovated 2-rooms apartment welcomes you for your next stay in Nice! Located on the 5th and last floor with elevator, very sunny southern exposure. Close to the Nice Ville SNCF train station (4min walk) and the tramway (2 min walk from the Thiers stop). Situated in the very well served Liberation district, you will find the Provençal market, many bakeries, grocery stores and small typical restaurants. The Promenade des Anglais and Old Nice are at 12-minute walk.

My apartment is located at the foot of tram line 2 (Fabron stop), 15 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the center (Avenue Jean Médecin). Public bikes are found in front of the residence. At the foot of the accommodation: supermarket, bakery, beach 80 meters away. The kitchen has all the necessary amenities. The large terrace allows you to enjoy the sun all year round! Finally, there is free parking about 500 meters from the apartment. The cat moved out😁.

This exceptional apartment is located on the 4th floor of an apartment building on the Promenade des Anglais, i.e. literally just a few steps from the beach. The apartment has a large living/dining room with an open kitchen as well as 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large terrace. The interior is stylish-casual. The spacious terrace faces the sea and has sun (almost) all day. To the city center it is a 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by streetcar. Bienvenue!

A secret gem perched on the highest Old Town building ON A STEEP HILL WITHOUT A LIFT a few minutes from Cours Saleya, Place Massena and the sea. Bright and full of light. A large, sun-drenched balcony with the most amazing sea and city views. Perfect as a romantic hideaway, or a creative retreat, or simply for exploring Nice and the surrounding areas. Or have a glass of wine on the balcony and enjoy the city and ocean view. For easy access to the beach take bus 8 or 11 and it will take you there in 5 minutes.
