Nice Nord Place Fontaine du Temple. Family neighborhood. Quiet and good location. Secure, well-maintained and quiet residence. Easy public and free parking across the street from the accommodation. Comte de Falicon tram, bus, bike rental 50 m away. Nice Nord highway exit nearby, 10 minutes from the central station. Downtown, Old Nice and the beach in 20 minutes direct from the apartment by tram L1. All amenities and shops, markets, parks, swimming pool across the street. Parc Chambrain is 3 minutes away.

Our new renovated 2-rooms apartment welcomes you for your next stay in Nice! Located on the 5th and last floor with elevator, very sunny southern exposure. Close to the Nice Ville SNCF train station (4min walk) and the tramway (2 min walk from the Thiers stop). Situated in the very well served Liberation district, you will find the Provençal market, many bakeries, grocery stores and small typical restaurants. The Promenade des Anglais and Old Nice are at 12-minute walk.

This exceptional apartment is located on the 4th floor of an apartment building on the Promenade des Anglais, i.e. literally just a few steps from the beach. The apartment has a large living/dining room with an open kitchen as well as 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large terrace. The interior is stylish-casual. The spacious terrace faces the sea and has sun (almost) all day. To the city center it is a 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by streetcar. Bienvenue!

Apartment (first owner in 2019) apartment on the corner of quiet Parc Imperial and hip and bustling Libération You can walk in 10 minutes to the heart of Liberation with its specialty food shops and market, wine cellars and restaurants. Or have a glass of wine on the balcony and enjoy the city and ocean view. For easy access to the beach take bus 8 or 11 and it will take you there in 5 minutes.
