It consists of a large entrance hall with storage, two bedrooms (one with a loggia), a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a separate toilet and a large living room incorporating a lounge, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The terrace, with garden furniture and dining area, offers a splendid sea view.

The spacious terrace faces the sea and has sun (almost) all day. To the city center it is a 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by streetcar. Bienvenue!

A large, sun-drenched balcony with the most amazing sea and city views. Perfect as a romantic hideaway, or a creative retreat, or simply for exploring Nice and the surrounding areas. DO NOT book if you have mobility issues or health issues or you are not reasonably fit!!
