The Old Town, sea front and the harbor are less than 15mn walk. Tramway just 4mn away. Close to train station (so easy to explore the Riviera if you don't have a car!)

Studio of 27 m2 in the "Carré d 'Or"(garage on reservation, possible), with all its small shops and restaurants. Ideal accommodation for a stay at the sea (300 m from the beaches). The tram is 450 m away (6 minutes on foot), the train station is 900 m away(11 minutes). The studio is air-conditioned and consists of a terrace of 10 m2, a double bed in 140 cm, a sofa bed "BZ" in 140 cm, an equipped kitchen (utensils, pressure cooker, different coffee makers, including a "Nespresso").
