Facing the sea, our beautiful 66 m2 apartment was completely renovated in the summer of 2022. It is located on the 8th and top floor with elevator in a residential building. It consists of a large entrance hall with storage, two bedrooms (one with a loggia), a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a separate toilet and a large living room incorporating a lounge, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The terrace, with garden furniture and dining area, offers a splendid sea view.

The living area features large windows that allow natural light to fill the space, enhancing the warm tones of the tiled floor. A sofa with decorative pillows faces a coffee table, while an elegant armchair rests nearby. An ornate marble fireplace adds a classic touch.

The apartment has a large living/dining room with an open kitchen as well as 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large terrace. The interior is stylish-casual. The spacious terrace faces the sea and has sun (almost) all day. To the city center it is a 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by streetcar. Bienvenue!
