Situated in the very well served Liberation district, you will find the Provençal market, many bakeries, grocery stores and small typical restaurants. The Promenade des Anglais and Old Nice are at 12-minute walk.

My apartment is located at the foot of tram line 2 (Fabron stop), 15 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the center (Avenue Jean Médecin). Public bikes are found in front of the residence. At the foot of the accommodation: supermarket, bakery, beach 80 meters away. The kitchen has all the necessary amenities. The large terrace allows you to enjoy the sun all year round! Finally, there is free parking about 500 meters from the apartment. The cat moved out😁.

27 m2 studio in the "Golden Square" (garage by reservation, possible), with all its small shops and restaurants. Great place to stay by the sea (300 m from the beaches). The tram is 450 m away (6-minute walk), the train station is 900 m away (11-minute walk).
