Adjacent to our main house, this small house, typically Solognote, has been renovated by us. Its entrance is protected by a veranda. It consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe and a bathroom with shower. The entrance to the house on the street is independent of ours, a private garage is available. Dog accepted, clean, (12 kg max), on request, subject to conditions, only one pet allowed.

Located 20 minutes from Chambord and Lamotte-Beuvron, home of the Tarte Tatin, the half-timbered outbuilding is located in a 5-hectare park overlooking one of the ponds, itself included in a vast estate. In Neuteau, you won't find standardized furniture or objects without a story. Each piece has been hunted down, sandblasted, repainted, carefully repurposed — and most importantly, with the heart. We thought of this house as a refuge, a living place, welcoming, in our image. We put our souls into it, as if it were our own... and we hope it will be a little bit yours, for the duration of a stay.
