A perfect place for winter and the outdoors. Snowmobilers, skiers and outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the large courtyard, which makes it easy to park a pickup truck with a trailer. The house offers a peaceful and comfortable environment, ideal for resting after a day outside. Located just 20 to 25 minutes from Gaspésie National Park, it is an excellent starting point for hiking, cross-country skiing and discovering spectacular landscapes.

Small house with everything to make your stay pleasant, located within walking distance of the various amenities (convenience store, summer canteen only, public beach and public charging station for electric cars across the street) for nature lovers, mountain bike trails and snowmobile trails, federated and off-piste, different companies offering this service in the village. The garage is available for rent, additional fees will apply.

Seaside accessible within a 10-minute walk or a 2-minute drive. During the winter season, the Trans-Québec 5 provincial snowmobile trail is accessible about 3 km (1.9 miles) away.
