The Habitation I'SEO is located in the very popular tourist and residential area of Helleux. Enjoy a refined Adult Only place with 3 floors, where each of our accommodations has its private Tiny Pool. You can also, from the Habitation, embellish your days with beautiful walks along the coast or a bath in the lagoon of the Pointe du Helleux.

Our stylish villa is renovated with modernity and comfort. It is located on 3000 m2 of land that we have planted over the course of the renovation. Our villa has a large pleasant covered terrace overlooking an unprotected swimming pool. It has a living room, dining table and bar. You will also have access to our gym and spa. We also offer a charming independent bungalow next door that can accommodate 2 adults + 1 child max for an extra fee.

A 27 m2 studio + 13 m2 of fully equipped terrace facing and with BREATHTAKING views of the sea for 4 people. Everyone who has arrived in the studio has been wildly amazed by the view. Many people have told me they didn't think they'd be so close to the sea. They found the studio to be spacious… AIRBNB tenants (since mid-March 2023) have rated it 5 stars.
