The 25 m² studio includes a double bed, 1 kitchenette, 1 walk-in shower, toilet, and a small terrace with its furniture. Chairs and beach mats are at your disposal, on request. Located 7 minutes from Destreland Shopping Center and Jarry, 13 minutes from Pointe à Pitre, 17 minutes from "Datcha" Beach (Gosier), 14 minutes from Viard Beach and Lézard River and 30 minutes from Sainte-Anne.

Close to Pointe à Pitre but also Sainte-Anne, you are in the heart of the Grand-Terre. Our faithful labrador obliges us to warn you of his presence. Availability of childcare equipment possible. Linen (bed and toilet) provided. This bungalow is independent within our property.

Spacious and quiet cottage in a tropical garden

The property is located in the town of Ste Rose, in the north Basse-Terre close to the national park. It is a region of volcanic mountains, a place of hiking. The setting is magnificent on a site of 3200m2, raised with river. We live on the property which makes contact with our holiday makers easier.
