The apartment was in a great location for visiting Guadeloupe. It is located at ground level. It was very clean and matches the photos . The host was very friendly you can communicate with her easily . The only small thing that would need to be improved is the exterior condition of the building, the building is aging and would need maintenance.

I lived there for 50 days, nothing but pure happiness. Impeccably clean apartment with all the appliances and accessories needed for everyday life. Mr. Frédéric is intentional and friendly. It goes so far as to make it easier for you to adapt. The apartment is located in the very heart of beautiful Guadeloupe. Nearby you will find a dozen restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy and shops. I would definitely recommend Mr. Frécéric's apartment

Valériane is a wonderful host. Super friendly and helpful. The place is in a good location and very quiet. There’s not a lot of natural light, but other than that the place was great!

We had a wonderful time. We did not have a car and everything was within walking distance, even the departure from the dock for excursions. Despite a water outage from the city everything was organized to make our stay go smoothly. Hosts even offered extra solutions for our comfort. The calm of the place, the pool and the terrain always clean as well as the sea a short walk away for diving... we couldn't have asked for better! Arriving earlier at the airport, the arrival time at the apartment was even ahead of the apartment without any problem. We highly recommend it and want to be able to return.

Very nice house, quiet but at the same time central, making it easy to explore the island. The house is traditional, but well maintained, it is spacious and very pleasant. The master suite is huge, the children's room is quite large too, and there is plenty of storage. We stayed there with 3 children and we were very comfortable. The kitchen and the house are well equipped, the tank allows for continuous water despite the water outages. We had internet issues and Stéphane added us an Airbox, which helped a lot. The terrace has a great view of the Marina de Bas du Fort, is well shaded, and the pool is bigger than I expected, and very beautiful too. The nearby Leclerc makes it easy to stock up, as long as you have a car. It's easy to park in front of the house. We'll be back!

We had a lovely stay at Charlene's, the house is very nice to live in, very well equipped for adults and children. It is ideal for a family with young children. We enjoyed all the little touches. We recommend this listing without hesitation

Large house with garden in the quiet of a cul-de-sac with very little traffic. The location in Lamentin is ideal for exploring the whole of the two Basse-Terre and Grande-Terre islands. Fully equipped, we found what we had forgotten in our suitcases. The kitchen is also well equiped for cooking. The bedrooms all have air conditioning. Morena is a respectful and welcoming host. We had a wonderful stay!

Simply amazing place. Beautiful villa, which besides being very clean is very functional. From the decor, to the quality of the amenities to the layout, everything is well studied and you have everything you need. Host Tessy and her husband we didn't see are very welcoming responsive and proactive, really adorable we can't do much better. We had Didier on site who takes care of the house in their absence and who is great too and is good advice on what to do or eat around and who is there to respond to the slightest request. Naturally, I highly recommend this property and these hosts.

Our stay at Thierry and Ghislaine's was more than a perfect one! They are extremely warm while respecting privacy. Every little detail is thoughtfully designed. The common areas also allow for great encounters with other tenants (only one more place). We warmly recommend this place, this place completely in the nature and very charming. Excellent stay in Sainte-Anne. Hosts were very accommodating, location is excellent, right in front of the the beach. Beautiful apartment with lots of space., very clean and comfortable for a family for 4. Would definitely recommend and stay again! Merci!

Émilie welcomed us dynamically and warmly! Émilie is very invested The place meets all the amenities we've enjoyed. It's very complete, there's nothing lacking. We highly recommend it! And the place is nice with access to the pool and on the beach next to a restaurant called the Ti Coco which offers simple but effective breakfasts for a start to stay.

We were looking for a place not far from the airport so as not to drive after the long flight and in the middle of Guadeloupe to reduce travel and this accommodation was perfect for us. It matches the photos with everything you need inside and very clean. The best part of the apartment is that it has drinking water at the tap and an additional water tank which in our case was very useful because of the water service strikes during our stay. Would highly recommend, hoping to come back soon if possible

The accommodation was well located and as described in the description, i.e.: charming, clean and well decorated. during the stay we had a problem with the electricity and the Airbnb manager was very helpful and available. We greatly appreciated it. Only small point: we would have liked to have been notified as soon as we arrived that we had to provide toilet paper and dish soap ourselves. All of us, great stay. We are very satisfied with the accommodation.

Great apartment, very comfortable and beautifully furnished. The pool is huge and great for a little relaxing swim. Beautiful “exclusive” beach with good snorkeling. Restaurant on site very good.
