Located on the outskirts of Brittany, 30 minutes from the sea (St Nazaire/La Baule), 20 minutes from La Roche-Bernard, 1 hour from Broceliande Forest. Numerous opportunities for walks on site. Cottage located on a large wooded lot not far from the terrace of our house. View of the ruins of our old mill. At the back is a large 4 ha plot where some biker friends enjoy coming to lay their canvases in the summer. You can enjoy all the space available.

Nice renovated house in the village of Dreffeac

Welcome to my great-grandparents' farm that I've been renovating since 2013! The house is in the middle of the village and is 100 m2. It is equipped to make you feel immediately at home. Very quiet and peaceful environment. WiFi. Shops nearby. The house is bright and very well insulated. In winter the fireplace can heat to 22 degrees and wood is provided. Two baby cribs are available on request as well as all childcare equipment and toys.

It is in its rural environment, quiet in a small hamlet, 2 km from the village of Sainte Anne Sur Brivet, and 8 km from Pontchâteau, 12 km from Savenay that our independent stone gîte of 160 m2, will accommodate up to 8 people for your short or long stays. You will also enjoy the heated pool as well as a pétanque court. Weekly rental in July and August from Saturday to Saturday. Weekends from Friday evening to Sunday afternoon.
