An exceptional spot at the foot of the beach. Walks along the sea. Shops nearby and restaurants 1 min walk away. We had a very nice step. Lounging and sightseeing. We recommend this apartment on the ground floor of a very neat residence by an applied gardener. The apartment is facing the opposite of the center of the Residence, so it is quiet. Protected by a plant hedge, Not overlooked by the passage of vacationers on the way to the beach.

The apartment is very nice and tastefully decorated, it is very well equipped (like at home even if we did not take advantage of it because of the short stay and meals taken outside). Located close to a supermarket and the sea, with private and secure parking, a big plus. Not to mention Jocelyne, a smiling and attentive host who took the time to welcome us, we recommend this apartment.

Very well located accommodation, near the port of Canet. The explanations for getting there were very clear. You can park nearby without necessarily going to their parking spot. Very clean and functional accommodation with all the necessities. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Great value for money. Responsive owners.

Great stay! The loft is even better in real life than in photo! Jenny and Jonathan are super responsive and very kind. Very good contact with Jenny who is very careful for our stay. The most, pets are allowed and that's rare thank you for that . Great location and very convenient because we can do anything on foot. We recommend the place 100% and keep in touch for next time.

The place is as described, and in addition it was very clean. Self check-in is a plus. On the other hand, too small for more than 2 people, I think. The beach is a 10min walk away, you can go there without hesitation!

We had a great time. The apartment was really great, very nice, very clean and really very well located (close to the beach, restaurants, shops etc...) It's easy to get around without the car. The real plus of this apartment the hot tub which is really a real comfort to relax. To summarize, I recommend this apartment to anyone who would like to spend a stay at Le Grau du Roi in excellent condition.

Great stay at this apartment! We were greeted by friends of the host who were very nice and warm. The apartment is very functional, with all the necessities. The decor is very nice, the bedrooms are spacious and the bedding is comfortable. Everything was clean upon arrival. The parking space is great, and we are close to the city (5 min drive). We highly recommend this place for a few nights or more! Thanks a lot ☺️
