Nice little independent studio in a condominium close to all amenities in a quiet area of Saint-Denis allowing you to visit the North, East and West of the island as well as the cirques of MAFATE and SALAZIE, classified as UNESCO World Heritage Sites. You can also enjoy the pool if you need a break! 10 minutes from the airport, bus at the bottom of the house. We will be there to advise you if necessary. Your cozy accommodation is completely independent, with a private entrance. Small private pool, no other guests, (heated in cool season, about 27 degrees), not overlooked. Located in Sainte Marie, 10 minutes from R-Garros Airport and 20 minutes from Saint Denis. It is a relaxing place and the ideal starting point for many excursions (Salazie, East Coast, St Denis...). The studio with its independent entrance is adjacent to our house, in a quiet cul-de-sac very close to the city center. Guests can freely enjoy the swimming pool and terrace where we will be happy to meet you. You will have the essentials for breakfast (coffee, tea, sugar, jam, butter) and the essentials for cooking (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper...). Less than 100 m away you will find a bakery and a convenience store.

Le studio de 24m2 + son patio de 16m2 est niché sur les hauteurs de Saint-Denis à 200 m d'altitude, dans un environnement calme et paisible. Le studio est mitoyen à la résidence principale et à une autre dépendance louée en airbnb. La piscine et les transats sont partagés avec les autres locataires et nous même. Vous serez à mi chemin entre l'aéroport et le centre ville de Saint-Denis (6 km/15minutes).

Le Lodge, independent studio with pool access

Modern studio with small private terrace in a 950 m2 green setting. The air-conditioned lodge, completely independent, accessible by three steps, overlooks the solar-heated pool. Free Wi-Fi, linens provided. Located in a quiet and residential area, access is quick and easy. Parking is available in front of the house. Access to the lodge is through a bypass driveway and an independent gate.

Claude and Valérie will be happy to welcome you to Clos de Val, in a nice, very bright, totally independent 28 m² studio-type bungalow with a beautiful sea view. Guests can take advantage of their own veranda and shared spaces: the beautifully wooded garden, the heated pool, the hammock and the deckchairs at your disposal. (Shared spaces such as the pool are accessible to tenants only).

Villa des Brises – the studio

We rent an independent studio, located in our garden. You are also welcome on the covered terrace of our house, which houses a table as well as an outdoor lounge. You have free access to our (unheated) swimming pool and deckchairs as well as the entire garden. It's a perfect spot to enjoy the sea views, or the sunset, in peace, and without a view from the opposite side!
