Nice independent studio in a house of character along the Dordogne river Located 40 minutes from Bordeaux and 15 minutes from St Emilion, it is crossed by a stream (La Gamage) which runs along the studio and its waterfall which flows into the Dordogne. Access is independent in a very quiet environment with terrace, a green and flowery garden. The place is fenced. The studio is fully equipped and functional.
