We are renting out the owner's newly built home in 2025.Limited to one group per day (up to 2 adults).The first floor is the owner's warehouse, but no one other than guests will enter the building during their stay.It is located in a quiet residential area.You can relax and enjoy your time in a private space. The nearest station, Kita-Kamakura, is a 20-minute train ride from Yokohama, and it is just one stop to the ancient capital of Kamakura, making it convenient for getting around.It is a 7-minute walk on a flat road from the station. Free private parking is available.Parking is available before check-in and after check-out. Ten minutes walk to Enkakuji Temple in Kamakura Gozan, 20 minutes to Kencho-ji Temple.You can also go hiking from the back mountain to the Kamakura Alps.There are several lovely restaurants nearby. There is a kitchen, washing machine (no dryer function) and a theater room, so you can have a comfortable stay even for long periods. Guests staying 3 nights or more can also use the work room. Whether you're sightseeing, working, or staying as a resident, you can enjoy the seasons, history, and gourmet food of Kita-Kamakura in a convenient location. Please refrain from bringing children aged 10 or under.

On the second floor, there is an 8-tatami Japanese-style room, a 4.5-tatami Japanese-style room, and a 9-tatami Western-style room with a piano overlooking the sea. Why not enjoy a cup of tea on the veranda while looking out at the ocean? There are many rooms, so enjoy a trip with your family and friends. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, this is a quiet and calm environment where you can enjoy writing and reading. The kitchen is equipped with an IH cooking heater, electric pot, rice cooker, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, pots, dishes, and other necessities. There is a laundry room and a large drying space on the 2nd floor veranda. The bathroom has large windows and high ceilings, making it a pleasant space. Amenities such as toothbrushes, bath caps, cotton sets, etc. are also available. If the owner has time, we will pick you up at the station by car when you arrive.
