Easy city living!! Right in the city centre; you may hear some noise from outside. However, the house is peaceful. 200 metres to the railway station and 2 kilometres to the Xamk campus. No guests other than the guests who made the reservation are allowed in the apartment!!! Balcony facing the pedestrian street. We offer morning coffee/tea. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, laundry detergents, bed linen and towels are included in the price. The railway station has a long-term parking space and a 2-hour disc parking space in front of the building. No pets. No Wi-Fi.

Studio in the center of Kouvola

A peaceful and compact studio flat right in the centre of Kouvola, yet elevated above the hustle and bustle of the town centre and offering a fantastic view of the city. The apartment is equipped with the essentials and household appliances. There is a 120-cm double bed and a sofa bed that can be extended to 160 cm. No Wi-Fi. Close to restaurants and bars, approx. 200 metres to the grocery shop in the Hansa Centre. Railway station and travel centre 500m. In front of the house there is a large 4h disc parking lot (on weekdays 8-17, at other times free parking)

Cottage house in the countryside. Kitchen, living room, toilet, sauna, bathroom, dressing room, hallways. Double bed in the bedroom and sofa bed in the living room, 136 cm wide. The premises are suitable for 1-2 adults and can also accommodate 1-2 children. Please note: Pets are allowed, but their number is case-specific and must be disclosed at the time of booking. Nearby cities are about 1.5 h to Helsinki, 45 min to Kotka, 45 min to Hamina, 1 h 10 min to Lahti, 40 min to Loviisa. 40 min to the center of Kouvola.

Atmospheric courtyard building in river landscapes

The yard building, with its own yard and terrace, is located in a rural area along the Kymijoki River, in the beautiful landscape of Siikakoski. This cozy place is just a 5-minute drive to services. Massive logs and wooden surfaces bring atmosphere to the upstairs bedroom and living room. Downstairs there is a small but well-equipped kitchen and a small bathroom/toilet. The parking space is in front of the door. During the summer, guests have access to the host's beach, where there is a swimming opportunity.

This unique and peaceful retreat makes it easy to relax. The lovely little log cabin has a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a kitchen, and a small bedroom with a double bed. There is a wood-fired sauna inside. In the yard, there is a neat gazebo, a small log cabin with a double bed that can be made for two additional people, a fire pit for barbecuing, a lean-to and a tree house. You have access to a large yard with a pond where you can cool off after the sauna. Pets are also welcome at our cottages.

Detached house

This cozy house has a large living room and a separate kitchen, a wood or electric sauna, a large yard and several bedrooms with a place for everyone to sleep. Nice neighborhood for families. You also have a large efficient charcoal grill. Trampoline in the yard. The house is our home, where we spend a normal family life on weekdays, so please treat our home with respect when you stay with us. Bed linen and towels for an extra fee of 15€/person. Please mention in the booking request if you want linens.

The kitchen has just been renovated and is equipped with with modern equipment. The bedroom has twin beds and the living room has a double sofa bed. If necessary, a bed for a baby is also provided.
