Some steps below and you're on the beautiful VIGNALE Beach where your can enjoy privacy sunbathing on deckchairs and of course relaxing sea swimmings. Its wide plate-glass window gives direct access on the terrace and allow to live confortabily as inside as outdoor, facing the sea.

A 36 m2 apartment and a 15 m2 terrace are available on the ground floor adjoining another apartment separated by a wall Direct access to the creek is 3 m from the terrace by a staircase.
