It is strategically located to reach every destination in the upper Susa Valley. It is 10 minutes from Sauze d'Oulx, 15 minutes from Bardonecchia, and 20 minutes from Montgenèvre.

It is also possible (when snowy enough) to start skiing from home, in front of the garage there is a shortcut, with a short off-piste (150 meters), which leads to the Gran Pista and from there down to the Jovenceaux ski lift from which it is possible to make the sky-pass and go up wherever you like.

The "Old Abete" is a completely renovated and new studio apartment, decorated with care and love because this is the family home. In the center of Oulx , comfortable, views of the mountains and woods. Thoughtful decor in the smallest of details. Wood floors, warm colors, and cozy atmosphere. Relax with the whole family in this quiet accommodation. Although it sleeps 6, it is recommended for a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children/teenagers. The accommodation with attic rooms is located in Salbertrand at 1035 m above sea level in the upper Susa Valley. It is located on the 2nd floor of the "Vecchio Pejl", a historic house from the 1500s that belonged to the great-grandparents and was renovated over the years as a holiday home.

The apartment is on the ground floor facing south, next to the Cité Vauban, a 5-minute walk from the shops. The sunny apartment is very quiet with a large garden and a beautiful wooden terrace. It is functional and charming. This apartment is ideal for a couple. We are served by public transport (TGV shuttle stop and city bus 3 minutes away. Our green garden is relaxing. We offer a parking space exclusively reserved for the apartment.
