Nice and comfy apartment with own entrance

Beautiful, quiet and bright apartment with terrace and private entrance. Through the separate outdoor entrance you can reach the apartment in the basement of the house. It offers a living room with dining table, chairs and kitchen and an exit to the terrace. In the hallway there is a wardrobe and plenty storage space. The bathroom comes with a shower, toilet as well as a large washbasin. Directly attached (without a door) is the bedroom with 1.40m bed and wardrobe.

A place to actively explore the surroundings, while hiking, jogging, skiing or paddling, to visit adjacent cities such as Straubing, Landshut and Regensburg, to receive guests and cook together, to relax in front of the fireplace and in the garden or to relax in the in-house sauna.

The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.

The balcony, facing south, invites you to relax and enjoy the sunlight. Every detail has been selected with a lot of love and care. You can relax wonderfully, with flexible equipment for creative processes even in small groups. For guests, the 1st and 2nd floor are reserved and connected to the stairwell. On the ground floor, I have my studio rooms.

We rent a 1.5-room apartment with separate entrance in our house. Breakfast can be optionally booked. By default, 2 people can sleep in the 180 cm double bed. There is also an extra bed right next to it. Furthermore, there is the possibility to lay out an additional mattress. So a maximum of 4 people can be accommodated here.
