Our small above-garage guesthouse on the New York-Vermont border is a retreat from busy life. The open floor plan, airy apartment has windows on all sides & overlooks woods & meadow. The guesthouse is ideal for those looking to get away from electronics and the internet (note: no Wifi), and hike and bike the area’s trails, and/or paddle the Battenkill River and area lakes. Or just sit on the deck with a book and cup of tea or glass of wine. Pets are welcome (we do charge a small fee for pets)!

Our backyard features an in-ground, heated, salt water swimming pool (open May to mid-Oct), fire pit (open year-round), large outdoor dining table, gas grill, and a deck with lounge seating and jacuzzi (open year-round). Parties and events are not allowed.

Converted to a photo studio in 2004 when we moved from NY; spacious, comfortable, solar-powered, approx. 1 mile to Main St. (town roads, no sidewalk), close to shopping, restaurants, golf, hiking, skiing, etc. Beautiful views, Mount Equinox front, the Green Mountains back.
