At this time of uncertainty we will no longer be listing our little place.
“My boyfriend and I had a great weekend getaway at Scott's place. We went ice fishing nearby, so it was nice to have a cozy place to come back to. Scott was easy to communicate with, and it was easy to find the place and get in per Scott's directions. It's a cozy cottage, with good heating, a comfy bed, and fully equipped kitchen. We were happy to disconnect for the weekend, but wifi connection was spotty (if you are counting on it). We'd definitely stay here again, especially on another weekend getaway and outdoor adventure. Thank you!”
Three Pines Lake House is a cottage on tranquil Cossayuna Lake in upstate New York's Saratoga/Lake George region. You'll love it here!
“Luke and Joy will immediately make you feel right at home. When we entered the home there was a personalized note welcoming us in and small welcoming touches throughout the space. Luke and Joy were very communicative throughout our stay if we needed anything and made us feel very comfortable. The home is very cozy and clean. If you plan to cook (which we did for every meal) you won't have an issue navigating the kitchen at all. The kitchen and bathroom are stocked like a hotel room, and you'll have everything you need (save for personal toiletries like toothpaste and such) but there is soap and shampoo if needed and dishwashing soap and plenty of towels. This space could easily fit a family of four or five or a pair of couples. We knew we chose the right place when our anxious pup settled in right away. The lake is right outside and it is a gorgeous view. We had the quiet get away we needed and would go back! Thank you Luke and Joy!”
Looking to experience staying in a cozy, rustic treehouse, tucked under a canopy of trees, listening to the whisper of the wind, watching the fireflies dance across an open field on a balmy summers night, and sleeping, nestled above it all! I also have two other cabins, and a tiny house on wheels on the property...
“The treehouse was a great getaway for us. I was a little worried about the cold nights in October but there was a propane heater and warm blankets. I did not feel cold at all! It ended up being a perfect time of year to visit bc of the foliage. The treehouse was quaint and homey. Our favorite part was having breakfast in the big picture window overlooking the property. Amenities were great (it was the cleanest and best smelling outhouse I’ve ever used lol) This is not a slight in any way because once you are awake, it adds to the quaintness, but a packing tip I have is to bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. You can hear coyotes and owls at night. Otherwise, waking up to the sounds of nature was quite lovely. Thank you, Victoria, for a wonderful weekend!”
