Explore the backcountry or walk along BV's Peaks View trail. One turn and you’re headed up Cottonwood Pass for hot springs, hiking or a show at the drive-in. Or, bike or walk toward town for Turner Farm music, BV's restaurants and shopping a mile to the east and the Arkansas River and Fourmile trail complex beyond.

The Mountain Manor has a 100" indoor projector, 3 queen beds, fast WiFi, a hanging bed outside, an outdoor projector, and a ~500 sq. foot private patio for you. Close to the Royal Gorge (35 mins), fishing/white water rafting on the Arkansas River ( 15 mins), skiing at Monarch (1+hr), and public lands for exploring, hiking, and hunting where you can enjoy Colorado outdoor living and adventures at its finest. You’ll love our cottage because of the well-kept stylish interior, the park-like outdoor space, and great views. It’s an ideal base camp for couples and solo adventurers.
