Il vicino parcheggio agevola il carico e scarico delle valige e spese. Gli spazi interni all'appartamento sono ampi; la zona giorno è dotata di angolo cottura attrezzato, divano e poltrone nel resto della sala; una grande apertura fa da accesso alla terrazza. Le due camere hanno armadi e spazi ariosi. I bagni sono completi di doccia.
