Modernized, open style, waterfront lakehouse! Sleeps up to 8! Great swimming! King bed and pullout single along with sofa in upstairs primary bedroom. Two bedrooms have kings, and the last room has twin bunk beds. Full bath on each floor! Large open concept brings guests in the kitchen, living room and dining area together on first floor. Great views of the mountains and yard for games and picnics. AC units are added to all bedrooms in the summer to make each room cool and comfortable.

Camp run amuck

Quiet little camp on the North End Point of Fern Lake that has just been renovated. Two small bedrooms with queen beds. These are small rooms . There is a large 4 season porch with a pullout sleeper sofa for extra space Tiled walk-in shower. Large kitchen with plenty of seating at the table fully furnished with everything that you might need for your vacation with the exception of food. A great fire pit on the patio for summer nights. Garage and upper apartment are not available for rental

Completely rebuilt (2020) 3 bdrm lakefront "camp". Open concept, new kitchen, 9 ft. island with breakfast bar, 2 dining areas, screened in porch, , 2 baths, private upper deck in larger back bdrm. Enjoy a morning kayak ride in the summer. In the Spring or Autumn, a hike up to Silver Lake or Ethan Allen's cave will put you in a good mood! Large yard with firepit for those campfire smores! Quiet family neighborhood. Parking limited to 2 cars. No pets. Must provide your own towels.
