The house is surrounded by a large plot of 3000 m2. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to the Château de Canon 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, etc.) is 30 minutes away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciated!

Port en Bessin est situé au milieu des plages du débarquement.

In addition to a spacious garden, the beautiful beach of Merville-Franceville is just a 3-minute walk (250 m)! All necessary shops are a 5-minute walk (500 m). Although there is no kitchen, a private south facing terrace with a small garden and a barbecue will allow you to have your breakfasts and improvised meals in peace. Bed and bath linen is provided. I can offer you 2 bicycles free of charge. The accommodation is smoke-free.

The geographical location will allow you to easily reach Caen (16 km), Deauville (45 km) Cabourg (25 km).

This warm house for 7 to 11 people, 2 km from Bayeux, recently renovated, has a spacious living room with an equipped kitchen, consisting of 3 bedrooms and a games and sports room, a sauna, an outdoor area as well as 2 parking spaces in the courtyard. Beyond 7 people, the annex offers 2 additional bedrooms, a kitchenette and an additional bathroom to increase the capacity up to 11 people.

Located on a dune, under the pines, facing south, this house is a 15-minute walk from the beach and a 10-minute walk from all the shops (or others including the supermarket, restaurants...). This house is fully restored and offers all the comforts to have a good time (including sheets and towels). I would like to point out that the living room fireplace is not functional.
