Cozy and bright loft

Relax in this quiet, bright and stylish 70 m² loft. The open space is eye-catching, as are the décor and furniture, creating a cosy and calm atmosphere. I am a 5mn walk from the train station and only a few minutes from the village shops: Spar, Carrefour City, bank, post office, tobacco, pharmacy, bakery. Close to my home are also the beautiful fortress of Salses built in the 15th century, and the pond of Salses Leucate, a pretty corner of nature where you can stroll.

A sunny outdoor space features a wooden swimming pool surrounded by a patio. Lounge chairs are placed along the edges, providing comfortable spots for relaxation. The area is enclosed by a smooth wall, with a simple shed visible in the background.

My little house in St Jean.

Welcome to St Jean! This small house with its small swimming pool full of charm, quiet and authentic, is only 30 minutes from the beach and coves of Leucate, and 10 minutes from the river for good swims. We have everything here or nearby. You will discover our famous wines (Castelmaure among others), our olive oil, our honeys, our goat cheeses... This place is great for all hikes, including the nearby Cathar Trail (Durban). A little paradise!
