Come and enjoy the calm of this air-conditioned and independent apartment, peaceful in the heart of the old village of Argeles-sur-Mer, and completely refurbished in 2022. Quiet but close to the village center, 2 or 4 people can stay thanks to the sofa bed in the living room, and enjoy the terrace overlooking the river and nature. Cozy and bright loft

Kick back and relax in this calm, bright and stylish space. The open space catches the eye, but so do the decor and furniture, in a cozy atmosphere. I am a 5-minute walk from the train station and just minutes from the village shops: Spar, Carrefour City, bank, post office, tobacco, pharmacy, bakery. Close to my home are also the magnificent Salses Fortress built in the 15th century, and the Salses Leucate pond, a nice corner of nature to stroll around.
