Amazing place and lots of amazing view from where we stayed. Loved the cliff nearby that was short walking distance. Definately will go back

the bnb was in an excellent location, it was close to the central and different grocery stores which was really convenient for us. we met gordon upon arrival and he was very friendly and gave us some recommendations for our trip. the bnb contained everything we needed and gordon and melanie were very accommodating. thank you so much we will remember this trip !!

Home from home! The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and there were three sitting areas - kitchen, lounge and two areas in the garden. Drying rack for wet swim gear. Comfy seating and beds - and close to shops, beach and lido - also the beautiful South Downs.

My parents stayed for the Christmas period and were very happy with their stay. They thought it was tidy, clean, warm and comfortable. Nice thoughtful touches like the twin hot water bottles, milk in fridge, tea, coffee, crumpets etc. They would definitely stay again! Thank you Lisa
