Not only do you have stunning gardens and woodland for children (and adults!) to escape to, but you are a 3 min drive /13 min walk to the heart of Bath. Two large reception rooms, one with huge ceiling to floor glass, and a full length balcony mean you will not want to leave!

Close to Bath & Bristol - both 9 mins away by train. 10-15 min walk or 3 min drive to the train station. 15 min walk to Keynsham High Street's shops, bars & restaurants. Our local pub the Lock Keeper is a 5 min walk away. We are alongside the River Avon - from the front door you can walk straight over the fields. The Swan pub in Swineford is roughly a 45 min walk away & The Bird in Hand in Saltford is approx the same, all of which serve good food. There are many quality golf courses close by.

The Garden Apartment

Luxury self contained garden apartment in the lovely village of Saltford, 5 miles from the centre of the world heritage city of Bath and 7 miles from the centre of Bristol. The apartment has a open plan kitchen and living area with French doors opening onto a small private patio area, one double bedroom and shower room. New Barn is located in the yard of our family farm, we are conveniently located between Bath and Bristol, 5 minutes from the M4, junction 18. Work space with WiFi. We are in a very handy location for those of you visiting the Badminton horse trials. Renovations have been carried out with love and care by master builders, it has all of the modern comforts you would expect from a hotel suite but retains the rustic charm of a Cotswold Stone barn with vaulted ceilings and exposed oak beams.

Relax in this spacious flat. We aim to make you warm, comfortable and have everything you need. The king size bed will ensure a great night’s sleep; the en-suite has a power shower, bath and wc. Heavenly and local Bramley Products are provided free of charge. The kitchen has a kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, induction hob, oven, washing machine as well as your cutlery and crockery essentials. The smart TV is set up with a host of apps so you can sit back and enjoy a good box set.

Bedroom one has a king-size bed dressing table and wardrobe. Bedroom two has a double bed with wardrobe. Cosy lounge with inglenook fire place and a large log burner , beamed ceiling. Large TV mounted on the wall . The bathroom has WC, sink and walk in shower. Steps up to fully fitted kitchen.

Situated less than 10 meters from the UK's oldest Brass Mill, skirting on the tranquil Mill Island with complimentary access to Kayaks, paddle boards and bikes and all being only a 10 minute drive into historic Bath's city centre.
