Crabpot cottage is 60-seconds from Wells harbour in the heart of the town. It is a snug, self-contained 200-years old 'fisherman's cottage' built on the foundations of a much older building. It offers cosy living space, gardens and parking. Wood burner, central heating, modern kitchen, washing machine and WiFi make it ideal for short breaks. It works really well for couples or small families who love a character cottage. It is not suitable for groups larger than 4 or anyone expecting a hotel!

We are located just off the North Norfolk coast road, very convenient for Blakeney, Cromer, Holkham and Wells Next the Sea. For a holiday to North Norfolk this is the perfect location!

The location is hard to beat - to the left head into the hustle and bustle of the main high street or go right to enjoy a refreshing walk along the seafront. Welcome. Kiln Cottage, Blakeney, is our family home which we'd like you to enjoy. It's the perfect spot for a holiday or short stay within the beauty and tranquillity of the North Norfolk coast. This modern cottage, built with traditional Norfolk flint, is a moment’s walk from the coastal path, village harbour, shops and eateries. It offers total peace and quiet. I am afraid we are unable to accommodate children under 16. And we're unable to accept dogs or other pets. Parking for two cars.
