The farmhouse is a strategic point 20 minutes from the Sibillini Mountains and 40 from the sea. Guests have exclusive use of the entire farmhouse, equipped with a panoramic terrace, veranda, garden with mini hydromassage pool. The farmhouse was recently rebuilt according to anti-seismic regulations.
