All the infrastructure will be for the exclusive use of guests throughout the stay: barbecue, swimming pool, spa, sauna, etc., with all the privacy you deserve. Automation with Alexa for air-conditioning, projector, lights, etc. The space is located in the city of Itupeva, 60 minutes from the capital of São Paulo.

There are 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds and 1 extra mattress in each bedroom) with air conditioning, COLD only. Spacious and comfortable living room. Kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave and household utensils. Barbecue, freezer. Pool is NOT HEATED and is 2.60 m X 12.00 m. Game room with billiards, foosball and card games. Fire pit area with a wonderful view!
