It is a modern, stylish year-round house for the environmentally conscious, as there is geothermal heating and extra insulation, which significantly reduces electricity consumption and makes the house extremely CO2-friendly. There is underfloor heating everywhere.

Cozy and family friendly cottage with good space both inside and outside only 300m from lovely sandy beach and the North Sea. Spacious and bright with plenty of space. Lovely TV lounge with window section to the west - perfect for enjoying the sunset. Lovely north, south and west facing wooden terraces around the summerhouse, as well as a secluded separate sun terrace. Large bathroom with toilet, shower and sauna. No youth groups or parties are accepted. Guests must bring their own bedding, towels, and tea towels.

Here is a west-facing terrace overlooking water and protected heather hills and two other terraces, so there is the possibility of shelter and sun. The house consists of a house with two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom, spa and sauna + room for four overnight guests. In the annex, there are four beds and thus ideal for two families or two/three generations. Note: You must bring your own bed linen and towels

The cottage is located on the West Coast within walking distance to the beach, dune plantation and the cozy beach town Tversted. The house - which is year-round insulated is located on a large 3000 m2 of undisturbed land with views of large protected natural areas. The cottage is fenced - with a large area, and you can therefore let your dog run free. NOTE: From May to August, the tent is open and there is therefore the possibility of 8 overnight guests.
