It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with a garden. A cat, Viggo, comes with the house, he takes care of himself, but needs dry food every day, if possible. The kitchen is under renovation, so a hood is currently missing. There is a small gas grill and a charcoal grill by the greenhouse, which may be used. Buses to Aalborg and Blokhus are close by.
