Clean place. Host was very helpful with directions and proactive about check in. Enjoyed our stay. Would stay again.

Was a great place! I got it for me and my bridesmaids to get ready at and me and my husband stayed until Sunday after the wedding and it was great!

Loved this neat hole in the wall! Never stayed in a loft like this, but was very impressed. Beautiful room over looking Main Street thru big windows, the chandelier was beautiful over the bed. Romantic, charming, unique place. The bathroom was unique and everything well decorated. Full kitchen, conversation piece walls, and the bed was so comfortable. I could go on. Fantastic spot near neat restaurants and local attractions. Very close to waterfalls, hiking, historical locations. We stayed for Valentine's and would definitely recommend.

Having been a 24hr. last minute guest I was not expecting to much. However, Rick was all one would have expected from a host. Amiable, responsive & proactive with a loft as described. If the need arises, I would gladly choose to stay here again. Alexander

This was our second stay and we will definitely come back. Excellent location - very walkable to all of downtown Hendersonville. Parking in the back is a bonus. House was very clean and well maintained. Beds are comfortable. Lee was very responsive to any questions. Would highly recommend!

This was our first stay in Charlotte, and we will definitely come again! Ryan’s location was perfectly settled right out of city center. The home was as much fun as Charlotte itself! So clean and upscale. Everything you could ever ask for. And check out was an absolute breeze. I loved that we didn’t have to spend our last few hours settling with the apartment. We got extra hours to enjoy the location. Would absolutely stay here again!

The description of the loft was very fitting. The location was perfect. It was good to know ahead of time that you could hear footsteps above because of the old floors and also can hear the train. Overall wonderful stay. We used the credit at next-door coffee shop, and loved it! That was a bonus. Thank you!

They have thought of everything a traveler might need, plus some comforts of home. Nice quiet neighborhood. Short car drive to downtown and groceries. Will look this place up again when in the area.

We had a great stay at Collins. The place was clean, nice and comfortable Their little farmette is very cute.

Amazing! There’s so many compliments to give to the loft and Lori as a host. Lori reached out before our trip with a comprehensive list of instructions and useful information about the area. It made finding the space and checking in as simple as could be. Lori was a fantastic host checking in with us and offering any assistance she could. Sitting right above Main Street, it’s a short walking distance to many great restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. The loft has plenty of space for a small family but also perfect for a couples vacation. This booking was simply perfect for our weekend getaway and we cannot wait to return.

Heather and her husband were both wonderfully polite and very responsive. Our children’s made quick friends with their daughter. The four played daily for our entire stay. Great people, great place. Kitchen had everything you could need. Linens and beds were very clean and comfortable. This will be our repeat stay until we buy property in the area. The view from the bedrooms upstairs in amazing!!!!!

This was everything we were looking for! Well stocked, immaculately clean, and very cozy!

The condo is exactly as described online and very clean. The check-in and check-out processes were super easy and Andrey responded to messages quickly. The location is quiet and private. Having a dedicated parking spot is a nice plus. The neighborhood is very walkable and is just a few blocks from Uptown. There are plenty of restaurants, shopping, and coffee shops within an easy walk. I would definitely stay again.

Such a cute spot for a weekend getaway!

Beautiful, cozy, and clean! I would highly recommend for someone who is looking to explore the city and/or someone who is looking for a place to unwind. I wasn’t bothered too much about the train noise, as it wasn’t constant and only lasted for a minute. I would definitely book again in the future!

Absolutely wonderful! Centrally located in a pretty and quiet neighborhood. Definitely recommend!
