Area esterna (150 mq) con bellissima vista su un parco e faro di Leuca con tavolo esterno, salottino e doccia esterna (calda). Lavatrice/asciugatrice. L'ambiente è molto accogliente e confortevole anche d'inverno, dotato di aria condizionata a soffitto in tutte le stanze (anche in bagno).
