Cozy apartment on the Mondsee. Distance to the bathing area for optimal relaxation about 5 minutes by foot. (approx. 250 m) The apartment is located on the 1st floor and has a balcony. It has 2 bedrooms each with a double bed, a kitchen-living room and 1 bathroom. Since we are currently renovating (remodeling), the balcony and outdoor area are not yet finished, the balcony can still be used. Barbecues and chairs in the garden are freely usable Large parking is free and right in front of the property.

Private outdoor area and parking right in front of the entrance. Central and absolutely quiet location between the imperial city of Bad Ischl and St. Wolfgang. Ideal starting point for hiking, walking, biking, golfing... All Salzkammergut lakes and mountains can be reached in a few minutes.

Unser Apartmenthaus wurde im April 2021 fertiggestellt und wir freuen uns schon sehr, Sie bei uns zu begrüßen. Wir haben das Nebengebäude der Pension Ballwein saniert und die früheren Gästezimmer zu 4 hochwertigen Apartments umgebaut. Alle Apartments befinden sich in der ersten Etage und verfügen jeweils über einen Balkon. Wir bieten kostenloses WLAN & einen Parkplatz pro Apartment. Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vorm Haus. Mit dem Bus 21 können Sie direkt in die Altstadt Salzburgs fahren.

Treat yourself to a break in our wood-burning stove sauna, which you can also book on site. Kirchanschöring is located in the picturesque Rupertwinkel and invites you to walk and cycle directly. In the center of the village you will find an organic shop and other shopping opportunities. The train station is located on the train line from Landshut to Salzburg.

Zell am Moos with its Irrsee invites you to slow down. There is no mass tourism here yet, no motorboats on the lake. Whether by bike or on foot, a few meters from the 64 sqm apartment, you will find yourself in the middle of nature. In the village, there are inns, swimming areas with parking, a supermarket, a bakery with a café, a butcher, a newsstand, and a bank (with ATM). New is the foot/bike path into the village, which allows you to leave the car behind.

Diese besondere Unterkunft hat einen ganz eigenen Stil. Unser Gästehaus liegt im Herzen des Chiemgaus. Man erreicht Salzburg oder den Chiemsee in ca. 20 Minuten. Die Gegend bietet unzählige Wandermöglichkeiten, Fahradtouren, Seen und Museumsbesuche. Die persönliche Betreuung unserer Gäste ist uns sehr wichtig. Eine Ladestation für ein Elektroauto und eine Sauna können gegen ein Entgeld benutzt werden. Lassen Sie sich überraschen -wir freuen uns !

Idyllic living in Bayerisch Gmain

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Relaxing, hiking, vacation, pure relaxation! The apartment itself is freshly renovated. There are two double bedrooms available. There is also a fully functional kitchen in the apartment, as well as a washing machine and dryer. The apartment has underfloor heating and a fireplace. We are always happy to welcome new guests.
