The Apartment offers a great panoramic view, is very big and well equipped - Enjoy it and have fun! In summer and winter high season we only rent for 7 nights, in low season also for 3 nights. Please notice that we charge € 10,00 per day as a short stay fee if you stay under 5 nights. Tourism tax is € 2,50 per adult/per day to pay in cash. You DEFINITELY need a CAR to visit/book our place.

From this centrally located accommodation, you can walk to the old town of Salzburg within 10 minutes. A bus stop is 100 m away. The apartment is 28 square meters and is generously divided. A carport parking space can be rented separately, otherwise a parking space is available depending on availability.

Our special Matador Lodges are located near Lake Chiemsee. In addition to four exclusive apartments in the villa, the lodge offers four individually furnished tiny houses as well as a spa cube with sauna in the surrounding 7,000 square meter grounds. From the pond and garden house to the tree house at a height of five meters, all tiny houses are grouped around the natural pond in the park and the main house.
