Unterkunft in absoluter Ruhelage in mitten einer schönen Landschaft mit eigenem Eingang. Es handelt sich um einen umgebauten Stadel in einem Bauernhof, welcher hauptsächlich für musikalische Zwecke genutzt wird. Neben einem großen Studio befinden sich hier 2 Gästezimmer, Bad, WC und eine voll ausgestattete Küche/Aufenthaltsraum (Backrohr, Kochplatten, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine,, usw...). Auf Anfrage können weitere Gäste im großen Studio oder im Tiny House einquartiert werden.

Es gibt einen Autoabstellplatz und eigenen Zugang. OÖ Tourismusgesetz 2018: Die Ortstaxe in OÖ beträgt ab 01.12.23 einheitlich 2,40 Euro pro Nacht und Person. Befreiungen von der Ortstaxe: Personen unter 15 Jahren. Diese ist in bar oder über Airbnb extra zu zahlen.

We are a family-run guest house in a quiet location that can be easily reached by car. The modern guest house is located directly on the World Heritage Trail at the foot of the Dürnstein Castle Ruins and is only a 3-minute walk from the center of Dürnstein. The special feature of our guest house is the private terrace with beautiful views of the vineyard opposite, the city wall and the Dürnstein castle ruins.

Just relax and unwind, start your activities from here – or combine both and end a varied day at your own beach at the swimming lake (about 220 m ). Our three apartments are excellent as a central starting point for hikes in the Karawanken or bike rides on the Drauradweg. You can walk, stroll, feel good and relax in max. 30 min. all known places on Lake Wörthersee such as Velden, Reifnitz, Pyramidenkogel, etc.

Berndorf is located about 40 km south of Vienna. The spa town of Baden is about 15 km away and offers opportunities for hikers, cyclists, culture vultures and peace seekers.

Bus stations to the neighboring towns are 200 m away. The apartment is the starting point for mountain bike and bike tours in all directions.

Our old, former farmhouse is located in Burgschleinitz, a pretty village with a medieval moated castle, a Romanesque church, a Gothic Karner and lots of nature between the forest and wine-growing regions near Eggenburg.
