This apartment is located in the outskirts of Salzburg, with a direct bus connection to the city centre of Salzburg. From the two balconies you have a wonderful view to the mountains and you can see the sunset. A traditional restaurant and a bakery are just 500 m from here. The DesignerOutlet Centre and other shopping malls are just a few kilometres away and ideally reachable by bus. Alle bieten einen beeindruckenden Blick auf den Stephansdom. Diese Apartments sind zwischen 58 m² und 60 m² groß und verfügen über Vorzimmer mit voll eingerichteter Küche, Badezimmer, Sat-TV, Mobiltelefon sowie Klimatisierung. Die Reinigung erfolgt täglich vormittags an Werktagen und ist im Preis inbegriffen.

Luxury Appartement in the alps 2-5 people

It´s a pleasure to live in our biggest Apartment with 75 square meters - fully equipped and perfect for a Family with kids or 2-5 people. The Apartment offers a great panoramic view and is very big and well equipped - Enjoy it and have fun! In summer and winter high season we only rent for 7 nights, in low season also for 3 nights. Please notice that we charge € 10,00 per day as a short stay fee if you stay under 5 nights. You DEFINITELY need a CAR to visit/book our place.

We just LOVE our newest edition to "Nikolai Homes". Located in a beautiful cobblestone courtyard only 200 steps from St. Stephen´s cathedral. Super central, yet very quiet. You will LOVE it too. This studio apartment is just around the corner from Mozart’s house in the historic part of Vienna. You can literally walk everywhere and there are wonderful restaurants close by. The studio itself is completely newly designed. Professional cleaning ensures 5.star cleanliness.
