The little Oasis

The small oasis is a former horse stable, lovingly converted into a tiny house. It's a small tower with an area of 12 sqm per level. It has a 160 cm wide bed, a desk, a fitted kitchen with a seating area and a bathroom with a shower. It is located in the middle of the popular Paulusviertel and has a small garden for shared use. Opposite there is a bakery and a bike rental station. 5 minutes away is the Reileck with cafés, restaurants and tram stop. You can get to the train station in 15 minutes.

It is located on the first floor of a Wilhelminian building and has a separate bedroom, as well as a living room with an open kitchen with a very comfortable sofa bed. In a private courtyard with lots of greenery, the cozily furnished house (76 m²) awaits its guests. You can park your car for free right in front of your accommodation. The central location means you can quickly get to the city center. In the living area, you can end the day with a crackling fireplace in the cold season (wood is provided by the host). In the warm season, you can make yourself comfortable on the large terrace (for your use only) with a glass of wine.

The apartment has a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a large living room with dining area, a bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is about 60 square meters. The furnishing is modern and includes, for example, a box spring bed (1.8 m) in the bedroom as well as a sofa bed in the living room and garden furniture.

Our apartment is located in a quiet, village district, not in the city center. It is a fully equipped two-room apartment, where families with children are also in good hands. You have the heath, the heath lake with a lido right outside the door and can easily start excursions on foot or by bike. Please note the village location when booking and do not rate it negatively, because unfortunately we cannot change it. We don't rent to craftsmen.

As a special highlight, we have even placed a beach chair on the spacious roof terrace for you to relax on.

In the courtyard of our Art Nouveau townhouse, we have prepared this small accommodation for you. Through the large gate entrance of the main house you will reach the courtyard with a cottage that is only used by you. There is also a very small bathroom and a small cooking facility with a fridge at your disposal. The terrace can be used in summer, for example, for breakfast in the sun.
