The giant backyard has a beautiful pool, outside covered rancho with kitchen and bathroom and a lovely lawn and garden. All this within a 15 minute walk to a beautiful, 3 km crescent beach. There is a well stocked grocery store across the street and several restaurants within easy walking distance. Golf cart included!
