Waterfront holiday rentals in Samedan

Everything was really good. Thank you so much to Francesca and her sister for being so friendly and welcoming. It was easy to get to the apartment by train or ferry. The train station is about 10–15 minutes away on foot, and the ferry is just a couple of minutes away. The apartment is in a very beautiful place. The town is quiet, nice, and comfortable. The apartment itself is cozy and has everything you need for your stay. You can even hear the sound of the waves, which is very relaxing. It’s a great place for a holiday. I really recommend it and would love to come back!

Appartement avec une vue superbe sur le lac, en plein centre de Menaggio et à 3min à pied des départs de ferry. Parking sur place très appréciable mais attention pour petite voiture (type SUV ou berline pas possible). Appartement bien équipé, très propre, et calme. Lit bébé et chaise haute mises à disposition par Marco, tout était parfait pour notre séjour avec nos deux filles 4 et 1,5 ans! Marco est un hôte très réactif et disponible. Arrivée autonome par boîte à clés. Si nous devons revenir au lac de Côme, nous séjournons sans aucun doute à nouveau ici!

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben wunderschöne Abende auf dem Balkon mit einer ganz herrlichen Aussicht auf den See verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch das Straßenlabyrinth von Brienno hat uns sehr beeindruckt.

Absolut perfect stay, great directions, flexible check out and Stefania is very responsive for questions or any information needed. The appartment is great equipment, there is everything you need and more to have a comfortable stay. 10/10 can only reccomend, thanks a lot again.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour ! Situé non loin du magnifique village de Varenna, l’endroit est paisible avec un accès à une petite crique au bord du lac. L’appartement est lumineux, très propre, et la vue est à couper le souffle! Le bruit de l’eau est vraiment apaisant. Il est possible de demander une place de parking (couvert) ce qui est très pratique car malgré la présence d’un parking public payant à Varenna, celui ci peut être rapidement plein. De plus il est possible d’emprunter un sentier piéton très sympa pour se rendre à Varenna en 20-30 min. Isa, Sabrina et Paulo sont adorables, très réactifs, et sont venus nous saluer en personne le dernier jour et nous ont remis une très jolie peinture faite par Isa 😍 Nous reviendrons ici sans hésitation !

Manuele’s beautiful apartment was a perfect place to stay for our family of five. Manuele sent great instructions ahead of our stay that made check-in very easy, including tips on car-free pathways to the beach and central Bellagio. We loved our stay at Bellagio Love and will absolutely be back!

Un charmant appartement avec vue sur le lac de Come. Emanuela est super disponible, accueillante et réactive. L’appartement est très bien équipé, bien adapté pour une famille avec 2 enfants et très proche d’un embarcadère et de la greenway pour randonner. On recommande !

Monica was the best host I've met. The communicaton with her was very easy, her response time is super quick. The instructions to go in to home is very clear and she is supporting the instructions with videos. Her place is exactly as it seems on the photos and maybe even more beautiful. The view from the balcony and the terrace is mesmerizing. Neighbourhood was very calm and quiet but it might be because it was off season when I stayed there. Although the neighbourhood is calm, the markets and closest shopping centers are only within 15 minutes driving distance. House is also very close to the Villa Balbianello. The house was very clean, Monica left everything we need in the fridge and kitchen. Lastly she helped us a lot during our stay with her recommendations for restaurants, shops, facilities around the region.

Carmen’s place was perfect for a Lake Como getaway. We only stayed 2 nights but would have spent significantly more time enjoying the apartment if it was a longer trip! The apartment location is in a quiet village, which made the experience feel very authentic. Even on a rainy day we didn’t mind the walk to and from Lenno to take the ferry and explore other towns. Carmen’s videos on how to get to the apartment and parking made it so easy to find, we had no problems at all.

Had 4 fantastic nights at Andrea’s place, what a view! He was helpful in so many ways - lots of great local recommendations, the place was immaculate and the hot tub was lovely! We would definitely want to come and stay again at some point! Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at Maurizio's! He was very communicative and shared helpful information in advance of our arrival. He also met us at the house when we arrived to show us how to use the appliances, etc. The house has everything you need (e.g., well-equipped kitchen) and was very comfortable (nice bedding, towels, etc.). The view is even better in person than pictured. We had rain all but one day of our stay and even in the rain it was stunning. If you have nice weather, the property is a short walk to a beach and playground with great views and access to bars/restaurants. We also had a lovely lunch at Il Crotto, which is a short walk away and had excellent gelato at Gelateria Artigianale Al Pontile every day. Highly recommend Maurizio's place for a peaceful and stunning vacation!

Wir waren zu zweit mit unserem Entlebucher Sennenhund zu Besuch bei Daniel und Dominique und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ordentlich und wir hatten alles was wir brauchten für ein paar gemütliche Tage in einer ruhigen Umgebung.

This place is in an incredible location and the interior feels authentic to the small lakeside town. The host was very sweet and responsive - highly recommend.

O apartamento estava ótimo! Exatamente como nas fotos, fácil de encontrar e a localização é perfeita!! Bem próximo do centro de Varenna, todos os eletrodomésticos funcionando bem e a dormida é confortável e silenciosa, a entrada é linda e os arredores também, foi tudo ótimo!!

Wir haben eine wundervolle Zeit in dieser Ferienwohnung in Tremezzo am Comer See verbracht. Die Lage ist perfekt: ruhig und dennoch in unmittelbarer Nähe zu zahlreichen Restaurants, Bars sowie den Fähranlegern und dem traumhaften botanischen Garten der Villa Carlotta – alles bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung selbst ist hervorragend ausgestattet, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und vermittelt sofort ein Gefühl von Wohlbehagen. Besonders genossen haben wir den kleinen, separaten Garten, der Privatsphäre bietet und einen herrlichen Blick auf den See freigibt – ideal zum Entspannen. Ein Hinweis für Anreisende mit dem Auto: Die zur Wohnung gehörende Garage ist ein großer Pluspunkt, allerdings führt der Weg dorthin über eine extrem schmale und steile Gasse. Hier ist Fahrgeschick gefragt, nichts für schwache Nerven. Insgesamt eine absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für alle, die einen entspannten Aufenthalt in einer der schönsten Regionen Italiens suchen!

Meine Familie und ich waren gute zwei Wochen in Lorenzos Wohnung und wir waren begeistert. Die Lage ist wunderbar, direkt am Wasser, Gartennutzung problemlos möglich, zu Fuß kann viel erkundet werden und viele schöne Städtchen sind einfach mit Auto/ Fähre zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation war tadellos und die Wohnung sehr sauber. Klare 5 Sterne 😊

Wir waren zu zweit für drei Nächte bei John. Seine Mutter ist eine sehr nette und kommunikative Person die einen sehr gut betreut. Sie hat viele Tipps und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Küche lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Wirklich alles was inseriert wird ist auch vorhanden. Die Aussicht auf den See ist wunderbar.

We loved staying here - had everything we needed and more! Cristina was a lovely host and answered all our questions. Fantastic location - was so easy to explore other towns as well as hiking routes - bus stop right outside and ferry terminal 10 min walk away! We would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to holiday in Lake Como 😊

L'appartement est conforme au descriptif et aux photos. Appartement très calme avec une vue exceptionnelle. Andrea est très à l'écoute et attentionné. Tout est réuni pour se sentir bien. On ne peut que recommander l'appartement et le lieu. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Encore merci à Andrea pour sa gentillesse et ses attentions.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit in Churwalden genossen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, das Wohnzimmer sehr gemütlich und auch sonst hat es alles was man braucht in der Wohnung. Unserem Sohn hat vor allem der Tischtennistisch im Keller sehr gefallen. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Die Lage ist gut und die Wohnung ist auch mit dem ÖV gut zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Bernadette war sehr einfach und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tobias & Benedikte är perfekta värdar. Öppna välkomnande kunniga o hjälpsamma. De mötte oss på parkeringen o såg till att vi hade den information vi behövde för att hitta olika saker. Maten på de närliggande restaurangerna var mycket bra och till bra priser. Utsikten är helt oslagbar! Menaggio är mysigt och det finns både caféer, restauranger och mataffärer i byn. Menaggio är den perfekta utgångspunkten för besök till andra orter runt Como. Vi kommer mycket gärna tillbaka o rekommenderar Tobias o Benediktes boende starkt!
