Monthly Rentals in Sampford Courtenay

We had a lovely stay at the Annex and would thoroughly recommend. The Annex is spacious, clean, well equipped and very private. Judith was so friendly and welcoming. She baked us some homemade bread which was amazing and knew we were coming with our dog so left some treats, a dog bed and a water bowl out for us which was such a nice touch. The Annex itself is located just outside of Okehampton and has all the shops etc. you need and we had some wonderful long walks in Dartmoor national park. The only downside was it was too hot to use the log burner so we’ll definitely be back during the colder months!

Had a wonderful couple of nights at Lucinda’s cottage. It was a perfect base to explore Dartmoor and we had such a lovely weekend…we had everything we needed for our stay and Lucinda was a great host, thank you for the lovely selection of treats on arrival, we will definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic stay. The Coach House is in a perfect location for visiting Dartmoor. The view is breathtaking and the accommodation is every bit as good as it looks in the photos. The goody basket on arrival was very thoughtful and communication from Amanda was responsive & helpful. Highly recommended.

Superb place for a quiet getaway. Although it’s an annex at the end of the house grounds, you feel so secluded. The property was very clean with peaceful surroundings.
