Relax in this unique and tranquil home with the view tower and the ocean as a neighbor. Small, charming home surrounded by views. You'll be staying in a small annex on your way to the tower. You have your own oasis in the middle of our property - a small homestead with fields to the sea. The property is located on the hill of the lookout tower in Besser, where the sun rises over the sea or where the evening sun can be enjoyed in the viewing tower. The view reaches the sea and fjords. You can walk along the field road to a lovely secluded beach in 8 minutes.

The house is located in Mårup on the North Island, close to the harbor and Nordby hills. There are 900m in the air line between both beach sides. The house is spacious, high ceilings and with many cozy nooks. The beautiful hilly nature is characterized by the North Island, starting right outside the door. The North Island has shopping, restaurants, and specialty shops. We have a specialty shop HARVEST that also has wine & coffee shop. The gallery is with the works of Pernille. Bed linen, a towel and a bath towel per person are included.

Only 1 km from the popular harbor town of Ballen with many restaurants and shops. The cottage has its own kitchen, bathroom and terrace with garden furniture. Duvets and pillows are included. Bed linen and towels can be rented for DKK 75 per person per stay or you can bring your own. Perfect for a relaxing holiday by the sea with plenty of activities.

We live in a lovely little village with a cozy street, good neighbors and good community. We are 2 km to the water, 5 km to Tranebjerg and 7 km to Ballen with a nice beach and marina. Hanne & Jørgen and Claus & Winnie (and Fie and Buddy!) live on the farm. Newly renovated apartment of approximately 60 m2 with private bathroom King-size bed in separate bedroom. Extra bed available. The house was built in 2022 - we took it over in March 2024 - and we are renovating it on an ongoing basis to improve comfort and quality. There are 300 m to the water, where you can take a nice walk along the coast and 800 m to a fantastic beach with a bathing jetty.
