Relax in this unique and quiet home with the lookout tower and the sea as a neighbor. Small, charming home surrounded by views. You live in a small annex on the way to the tower. You have your own oasis in the middle of our property - a small farmhouse with fields to the sea. The property is located on the hill to the lookout tower in Besser, where the sun rises over the sea, or where the evening sun can be enjoyed in the lookout tower. The view extends over the sea and fjord. You can walk along the field road to a lovely, uncrowded beach in 8 minutes.

In nature by the beach, forest and city

Wake up to the sound of birds and the wind in the trees. Enjoy the view of the sky and wild meadows. Relax with walks or bike rides in the woods and to the beach. Or take a trip to Aarhus to see art, go to a café or eat at a good restaurant. Our guest house is located in the middle of nature and at the same time close to the city. We have our own hiking trail to the beach along a stream and bikes to Aarhus in three quarters through the forest. The home is newly renovated. A room with sleeping space, dining area and kitchen. A room with a bathroom.

Older small charming cottage located 200 m from the beach close to the forest and very beautiful nature. The house is located 15 km south of Aarhus so it is also perfect for combined city and country holiday. The house is rented out for shorter periods in the summer. The house is an older traditional summerhouse with a real summerhouse vibe and simple Living . The house is partially renovated. There is a gorgeous old garden with trees and shrubs. Rented only to a maximum of two adults, possibly with small children. No charging of electric car

Samsø, holiday apartment on a cozy country estate

Hallway with hooks Bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Kitchen with stove, refrigerator and electric kettle, general kitchenware. Underfloor heating in the kitchen and bathroom. On the first floor, there is a repos with a double bed and in the bedroom/living room, there are 2 single beds set up as a sofa. The apartment is for 2 people, but by arrangement it can be a family with 2 children. The apartment is too small for 4 adults. We have guest stables, so there is the possibility of taking Icelandic horses on vacation on Samsø.

A small, cozy gem at the end of a gravel road/country road with opportunities for beautiful walks to both the sea (over country roads) and along beautiful fields. The guest cabin is located 3 km from Sælvig (the ferry to Hou and the fast ferry to Aarhus city center) - 4 km from Tranebjerg - 8 km from Ballen. We will provide bedding and towels.

Stay in this beautiful apartment in the old rectory in Kolby. The apartment is located in the gable of the old confirmation room. Bedroom and kitchen with dining area as well as bathroom and toilet. There is a large garden as well as a private entrance to the church. From the kitchen you have a beautiful view of the fields with Kolby mill in the background. The home is close to Kolby Kaas Harbor, where there is a nice beach with an associated bathing jetty. 20 min. by bike from Ballen and 15 min. by bike from Tranebjerg.

Unique cottage with sea view and direct access to sandy beach, only 25 METERS away. Free use of garden furniture, shelter, gas grill, sea kayaks and paddleboard. Only 1 km from the popular harbor town of Ballen with many restaurants and shops. The cottage has its own kitchen, bathroom and terrace with garden furniture. Duvets and pillows are included. Bed linen and towels can be rented for DKK 75 per person per stay or you can bring your own. Perfect for a relaxing holiday by the sea with plenty of activities.

The hunting lodge

Small idyllic cabin with space for two overnight guests. There is a double bed, fridge, induction hob, access to water and a toilet. Right outside the house, there is a private tiled terrace overlooking a natural area with sheep. Please note there is no bath. Approx. 50 m to the toilet The cabin is not heated, but it is insulated. There is no Wi-Fi in the cabin Bed linen can be rented for DKK 150 per set - Please send a message if you would like this, and you can pay the fee upon arrival.

It's secluded, away from the road. Large fenced garden, with space for games and play, fireplace and a lovely large terrace that invites you for a drink while the sun sets in the west. About 300 m to the water and 18 km to Aarhus.
