Unser Haus liegt mitten in vielen gut ausgeschilderten Wanderwegen. Im Umkreis von 20 bis 50 Kilometer befinden sich Zürich mit seinem See, Luzern, Einsiedeln und auch Engelberg, mit dem berühmten Titlis, der in kurzer Reisezeit erreicht werden kann. Our house is located in the middle of many well-marked hiking trails. Within the radius of 12 Miles to 31 Miles is Zurich with its lake, Lucerne, Einsiedeln and also Engelberg with the famous Titlis. Can as well be reached in a short travel time.

Cozy 2-room apartment near Zurich

We rent a very nice, newly furnished and cozy 30 m² apartment with separate bedroom. In the open living room with kitchen and dining area, there is a large sofa bed. The apartment has a separate apartment entrance and is on the first floor (no steps). The free parking is right next to the apartment. The apartment is located in the middle of the village and is easy to find. Just three minutes to the bus stop, 40 minutes to Zurich. We, the host family, live on the upper floor.

The apartment, with a separate entrance, belongs to a family house and is located at the village entrance on the Zug-Ägeri route (directly at the Spinnerei bus stop). In the nearby village center, you will find all the shops. The Ägerisee and the Schützen recreational area offer a variety of possibilities. Facilities: 1x double bed (160x200 cm), kitchen with ceramic stovetop, oven and refrigerator, Nespresso coffee maker, milk frother, sufficient dishes and pans available.

Cozy country house with beautiful views; detached; in the countryside; 1.5 km from the village; 30-minute drive to the city, in the middle of the hiking area. Large playground, panoramic terrace (pergola), fire ring / grill. In the house is an independent 2-room apartment with separate access. The access road to the house is a narrow private road with passing places. Winter: a 4WD is required in the snow! Unfortunately, no pets are allowed as I am severely allergic.

The penthouse is located in Feldmeilen, directly on Lake Zurich with a terrace and panoramic lake view. Right across the street there is a small park with beautiful views over lake Zurich and the possibility to take a swim in summer. The penthouse is 20 mins from Zurich downtown by train. The train station is 5 minutes by foot. A restaurant and grocery stores are 3 minutes by foot. It is a quiet residential building and we ask you to be quiet from 10pm - 7am.

The small seating area is for exclusive use. The studio is centrally located in the city. The railway line is within sight of the studio. The trains run slowly, but are audible. From midnight onwards, no more trains run and the night's rest is guaranteed.

Modern 2.5 room duplex apartment

Modern, bright and comfortably furnished duplex apartment in a rural area. Lake Aegeri is within walking distance. Public transport connection is 100 meters away. Shopping is a 5-minute drive away. Centrally located for excursions (Sattel-Hochstuckli, Stoos, Rigi and Rothenfluh can be reached in a few minutes by car). A car is an advantage. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. This place is well suited for those who like it calm and quiet, close to nature. Free on-premises parking spot available. There is also a bus stop right in front of the house. There is no TV and no elevator but the place is perfect to relax, access the great outdoors or get some online work done.
